This week Cliff Ruth told me they were finding red headed flea beetle adults and larvae in mountain nurseries. They became active in Raleigh a couple weeks ago

around when Magnolia grandiflora were blooming. Bifenthrin, imidacloprid, dinotefuran, and products that combine a pyrethroid with a neonicotinoid are among the products that can reduce adult damage in nurseries.
